Unfortunately for many, there are an abundance of properties that have become available due to foreclosures. Many acres are ready to be purchased. The properties can be seen by driving to them, or the interested party can go to the courthouse to find out what is available. Taxes have to be paid annually and the longer they go unpaid, the harder it is to catch up. Although it is sad for some, for others it is an opportunity.
